Sometimes you can relax in the gym and finish your training without having to hurry, but at other times you have to deal with a tight schedule. If you are a person with multiple occupations, you will recognize the scenario: a quick training between multiple obligations. So, directly to the gym when you have finished work and you have to leave again in an hour because you have stayed with friends at night. Busy, busy, busy! When your time is limited, you want to make the most of it. Do you have a free minute? You can do these abdominal exercises in 60 seconds. Do you have a little more time? Try to combine some of these. As an additional benefit, you can also do it at home.
5 quick exercises for steel abs.
1. High plank
It is a well-known exercise for many people, but that does not make it less effective! A high plank makes you use all the muscles of your body, which makes it essential in your training! Begin in a flexion position with your hands placed under your shoulders. Make sure your body forms a straight line from the head to the heels. Tense your abs and buttocks, and hold that position. Set a timer to 60 seconds and go!
2. Dead insect
This exercise is perfect for your internal abs or center. Lie on your back with arms and legs stretched toward the ceiling. Place your leg at a 90 degree angle, tighten your abs and keep your back low on the floor while your right arm and left leg move to the floor simultaneously. Lift your arms and legs again and change sides. Keep it up for a minute and say hello to your “chocolate tablet”.
