Decorate with aquatic plants -Part I- Ideas for gardens and decoration

Good morning friends! Today we talk about how to decorate our homes with some aquatic plants.

I don't know about you but I love this kind of plants, they are decorative, cheerful and they give us the most refreshing atmospheres.

You can give your home a green touch, it does not need to be with aquatic plants, we have so many indoor species to select …

But today we will love to talk about aquatic plants for the decoration of our rooms. You can create a small indoor water garden, if you do not have a patio, balcony, terrace or a garden .. it is a good idea to decorate.

A vegetable touch will give any corner a very harmonious touch. To make a small water garden in your home, you don't need elements that are too complicated, on the contrary … you can do it with the simplest elements.

For example with a transparent or colored but transparent glass container, some sand, gravel and some coal … we will make a great aquatic garden with your favorite indoor species.

Select a container as large as you want, think about the development of the type of species you have chosen. Well, depending on this we will need a more or less large container.

We can also choose several types of species, so the garden could be how big we want, or what small we need.

Take a glass container and mix equal parts of gravel and sand. Make sure that the mixture does not reach half the height of the container .. try to cover something like a part.

Then add some carbon to aquariums. Finally sink your water plant chosen in the mixture we made with gravel and sand … try to be well anchored.

So that they do not move it is enough to add a little more gravel if you see it necessary, so we will avoid that the coal, in addition, floats in the water.

Finally and as we have our design, well when we have it as we want, we pour water. Do it carefully and try, this is something important, that the water is not directly from the tap.

To be able to use tap water, we must first let it stand uncovered for 24 hours, but if you can't wait that long just add a few drops of water conditioner.

Once everything is done, we will place the container in a covered place where there is lighting for 4 or 6 hours, indirect light.

Then we can put it where the plant is best, remember that we must renew the water at least once a week.
