How a visit works

From the first photo to a swept path

We keep the process simple because most people call us when the garden is already a problem. You should know the price, the date and the crew before anyone opens your gate.

Send photos or call

WhatsApp a few photos of the garden, rooftop or balcony, or call us. Tell us roughly how big the space is and what bothers you most.

Get a fixed quote

We reply with a written price and what it includes. Larger or unusual jobs get a free site look within 48 hours inside Dhaka city.

Crew does the work

A crew of two to five arrives on the agreed day with tools, fuel, bags and tarpaulins. The crew lead walks the job with you first.

Check, then pay

We walk the garden with you when we finish. Anything missed gets fixed there and then. Pay by cash, bKash, Nagad or bank transfer.

Why Dhaka gardens are different

Heat, heavy rain and dust need a local routine

A garden in Gulshan or Dhanmondi does not behave like the gardens in foreign magazines. Rooftop pots reach well above 40°C in April. From June to September, the rain comes hard and fast, soil washes out of planters and grass grows so quickly that a two-week delay turns into a knee-high mess. In winter, construction dust settles on leaves and blocks the light.

Our routines follow that calendar. We cut grass shorter before the rains and leave it longer in the dry months. We raise pots off waterproofed roofs so they drain properly and do not damage the slab. We choose hedge cuts that recover quickly in humid weather, and we wash dusty foliage in winter so plants can breathe again.

These are the starting rates for an average Dhaka home. Your written quote depends on size, access (stairs to a rooftop matter), how overgrown things are and how much waste needs to go. Travel inside Dhaka city is included; areas outside the city may have a small transport charge.

Do I need to be at home during the visit?

For the first visit, yes, or someone who can show the crew lead what you want. After that, many clients leave a caretaker or darwan to open the gate and we send before-and-after photos.

Do you bring your own tools and water?

We bring mowers, trimmers, hand tools, ladders, bags, tarpaulins and fuel. We use your tap or water tank for watering and washing down, which is normal for garden work in Dhaka homes.

What happens to the grass cuttings and branches?

We bag everything and take it away in our pickup the same day. Healthy clippings can be left for your compost if you prefer; just tell the crew lead.

Can you work on a rooftop without damaging the waterproofing?

Yes. We never drill or scrape the slab, we use pot feet or bricks to lift planters, and we point out cracks or blocked outlets so your building manager can deal with them.

What if it rains on the booked day?

Light rain does not stop most jobs. In heavy rain we call you in the morning and move the visit to the next free slot at no extra cost.

Do you work in offices and apartment complexes?

Yes. We look after lobbies, podium gardens, shared rooftops and office grounds on monthly contracts with written schedules and invoices.
